A mid 19th Century continental porcelain cased mantel clock in Meissen style, the plinth raised on feet and surmounted by a central plinth, flanked by classical figures depicting industry and art with polychrome decoration and gilt highlights (some restoration), the clock with cast brass and beaded bezel enclosing a Roman and Arabic enamel dial with outside minute track and pierced and engraved brass hands to a circular brass movement with back mounted count wheel and anchor escapement, striking on a bell, 35cm high
