Selina Wentworth Fitzwilliam Viscountess Milton (1812-1883) A collection of 70 watercolours pertaining to the topographical studies of the Viscountess travels of Switzerland, Italy and Britain. Each is inscribed and dated in pencil, including The Eiger from Grindelwald, Wetterhorn, Meiringen, "Morning Mist Lucerne Lake from Schweizerhof", "Mount Pilate from Hotel Nationale", Lake Lecco, Lake Como, Porlezza, Lake Lugana, Isola Madre, Ossola, Les Arguilles Rouges, Spithead from St Clare, North Berrwick, Arthur's Seat, Pentland Hills, Lennox Love, Tantollon. Two folios bound in half calf gilt, gilt in compartments.

Foxing to paper, though this does not appear to impinge on many of the watercolours.

Plus, 'Armagh Cathedral', watercolour, signed in pencil, 23x25cm, framed and glazed.
